Exhale. Restore. Reclaim Your Calm.

Exhale 7 is a thoughtfully designed escape above the water, built for guests who want less noise and more presence — even for just a night.

Your Sanctuary on the Canal

Exhale 7 sits quietly above Lock 7 on the Welland Canal, in the heart of Thorold, Ontario — a boutique retreat designed for guests who want to slow down without sacrificing style. Thoughtfully curated with warm, calming interiors and a view of the canal's slow-moving water below, it was created as an antidote to the noise: a place to unplug, breathe, and simply be. Whether you're passing through Niagara or staying a while, Exhale 7 offers a rare kind of stillness — private, restorative, and quietly luxurious.
